Micah Bass is the CEO and Executive Director of Dalton & Associates, a state-certified DUI and recovery program located in Victorville, CA. In  1996, after running several small businesses in Milwaukee, WI and succeeding as a young entrepreneur for 10+ years, he relocated to California to not only expand on the family’s business ran by his father Earnest Dalton, but to also create a successful DUI Program that would educate and lead its clients on a clear pathway to recovery and personal success. After receiving his CADTP in 1998, Micah stepped up as the director and made Dalton & Associates one of the most recognized DUI programs in San Bernardino County. Micah makes it a priority to lead by example as both a businessman and an educator in the community by giving back and constantly being involved with community issues and ongoing efforts. Dalton & Associates has been a long-standing trusted member and partner of the Hispanic and African-American Chamber of Commerce’s of the High Desert and has been awarded as well as recognized for  their 25+ years of success as a business and their unwavering support of the community. Micah Bass also serves as a partner to the local Sheriff’s County office, where he provides advice to its board members on the needs of the community.

Micah is continuously working on methods to expand on the advancement of education, counseling, and treatment for alcohol and drug abuse in the High Desert and always willing to collaborate with like-minded individuals to develop positive resources for the community. Micah is one who understands the value of honesty, integrity, and leadership and when it comes to business, he always puts his clients first.
