Associates is licensed by the State of California and approved by the County of San Bernardino, to provide DUI education and counseling services for individuals referred by the courts and\/or the Department of Motor Vehicles.<\/p><p>A conviction of a DUI in a California Court will require completion of a State approved DUI program to restore complete driving privileges.\u00a0 The court may or not still be involved, however DMV remains involved until all DUI program requirements have been met.<\/p><p>Dalton &amp; Associates offers first offender Wet and Reckless, 4, 6, and 9 month programs. We also offer 12 and 18 month multiple offender programs.
